TERMS OF ENROLLMENT

Growing Groomers is the training division of Prestige Grooming LLC, doing business as Prestige Pet Grooming, located at 1329 West 5th Street, Eureka, MO 63025. For legal and tax purposes, all agreements are with Prestige Grooming LLC.
Terms of Enrollment: Growing Groomers Registered Apprenticeship Program
The following Terms of Enrollment govern participation in the U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program offered by Prestige Grooming LLC, d/b/a Growing Groomers ("Company"). By participating in the Registered Apprenticeship Program, you agree to the terms below, in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

- Program Scope and Legal Status
This is a federally Registered Apprenticeship Program approved through the Missouri Department of Labor. All participation must occur:
- Within an approved and registered worksite for all on-the-job learning (OJL),
- Under the direct oversight of the Company as the official Sponsor,
- According to the Registered Apprenticeship Standards filed with the Department of Labor.
Use of this program outside of an authorized worksite or without enrollment through the Sponsor is not permitted. Representing or implementing this program outside those boundaries is strictly prohibited.
Note: Certain Related Technical Instruction (RTI) components, including Study Hall or online learning modules, may be completed remotely (e.g., from home, library, or other suitable learning environment) as authorized by the Sponsor.

- Apprenticeship Agreement and Enrollment Process
Enrollment is subject to the formal execution of a U.S. Department of Labor Apprenticeship Agreement. Apprentices must:
- Be employed by a participating grooming business,
- Be formally accepted into the Program by the Sponsor,
- Be registered into the RAPIDS database within 45 days of start.
The employer must coordinate with the Sponsor for required documentation and eligibility.

- Related Technical Instruction (RTI)
Apprentices must complete a minimum of 213 hours of structured RTI provided by the Company. This instruction includes:
- Online modules,
- Practical assignments,
- Assessments,
- Scheduled check-ins with Company trainers or advisors.
RTI must follow the sequence and scope outlined in the Registered Standards

- Employer Responsibilities
Participating businesses must:
- Maintain compliance with program standards,
- Provide structured on-the-job learning aligned with the RTI,
- Track and report hours, skills, and evaluations as directed,
- Allow oversight from the Sponsor to ensure quality assurance and compliance.
Failure to uphold these standards may result in program suspension or termination.

- License and Content Use
Apprenticeship materials are licensed exclusively to participating businesses and apprentices under this program. All materials—including procedures, policies, standards, teaching manuals, aids, and supplements—are for use only within the approved apprenticeship setting under the Company’s sponsorship.
Materials may not be copied, sold, recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise distributed outside of the apprenticeship program without express written consent from the Company or its designated agent.
Usernames and passwords may not be shared with any third party. Any violation of these policies shall result in immediate termination from the program and may be reported to governing authorities.
This information is strictly educational and intended for use in conjunction with the Registered Apprenticeship Program. Application of these materials is the responsibility of the participant and employer, and Company assumes no liability for misuse.

- Payments and Refunds
Participation in the Registered Apprenticeship Program may require an initial enrollment fee and/or a recurring membership or administrative fee, as outlined in the onboarding agreement or payment plan. These fees cover access to Related Technical Instruction (RTI), program support, and administrative oversight required by the Sponsor.
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for partial participation, non-completion, or voluntary withdrawal from the Program.

- Liability and Disclaimer
Company makes no guarantees regarding apprentice ocomes, business improvements, or post-apprenticeship employment. The program is designed to meet federal apprenticeship standards and is not a substitute for professional or legal business advice.

- Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Eureka, Missouri, under Missouri law. Participants waive any right to class or group arbitration.
