The Bather Foundations course is offered through Growing Groomers, a training division of Prestige Grooming LLC, located at:
1329 West 5th Street, Eureka, MO 63025.
All agreements are legally with Prestige Grooming LLC.
Program Overview
This course provides instructional videos, printable checklists, and structured onboarding tools to help grooming salons train new team members in bather-level tasks. It is intended for internal use by grooming salon owners and their employees. This is not a formal licensing program, apprenticeship, or certification.
Access and Eligibility
This course is available to grooming business owners and their staff. Purchase grants access to one salon location unless otherwise approved in writing.
You may train multiple team members in-house.
You may not share logins or distribute materials to others outside your company.
Training Materials & Usage
Included materials (videos, checklists, worksheets, guides) are licensed for internal training only.
You may NOT:

Resell or redistribute the content

Use it for public training or commercial workshops

Alter it for branding or resale without written permission
Unauthorized sharing will result in suspended access and possible legal action.
Payments and Refunds
Payment is due at time of purchase. Fees are final and non-refundable, even in cases of:

Partial use

Lack of implementation

Voluntary withdrawal
No refunds will be issued for digital product access once granted.
License and Content Ownership
All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of the Company.
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for in-salon use only.
Logins and material access may not be shared beyond your team. Any unauthorized access will lead to removal without refund.
Disclaimer of Outcomes
This course is designed to support training but does not guarantee specific performance outcomes, skill development, or business results.
Your results depend on how you implement the training and supervise your team.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Eureka, Missouri, under Missouri law.
Participants waive class action or group claims.
