SALON TRAINING (Non-Apprenticeship)

TERMS OF ENROLLMENT

Growing Groomers is the training division of Prestige Grooming LLC, doing business as Prestige Pet Grooming, located at 1329 West 5th Street, Eureka, MO 63025. For legal and tax purposes, all agreements are with Prestige Grooming LLC.

The following Terms of Enrollment govern participation in the Growing Groomers training program offered by Prestige Grooming LLC, d/b/a Growing Groomers ("Company"). This program is not a U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship but is designed for salon owners and their teams who wish to improve internal training systems. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms, in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Overview

The Growing Groomers training program provides structured instructional materials, digital training tools, and support to assist salon owners in developing the skills of new and existing team members. This program is designed for internal use by grooming salons and is not intended to replace formal licensing, certification, or government-registered apprenticeship programs.

2. Access and Eligibility

This training program is available to grooming business owners and their designated employees. Enrollment grants access to the program portal and materials for the licensed salon or user only. Access is non-transferable unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Company.

3. Training Materials and Usage

All training content—including videos, worksheets, assessments, lesson plans, and support materials—is licensed for internal employee training use only within the purchasing business.

Materials may not be:

• Used for public classes or events,
• Distributed or resold,
• Shared with individuals outside your organization,
• Modified for resale or rebranding without written permission.

Any unauthorized use or sharing of content will result in immediate suspension of access and may lead to legal action.

4. Payments and Refunds

Participation in the Growing Groomers training program requires payment of a course fee or subscription, as outlined at the time of purchase or onboarding. These fees cover digital content access, instructional tools, and limited support.

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for partial use, incomplete participation, or voluntary withdrawal.

5. License and Content Ownership

All intellectual property remains the sole property of the Company. Purchase or enrollment grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use by the purchasing business only. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or resell any part of the training program without prior written approval.

Usernames and passwords may not be shared with third parties. Breach of this condition will result in revoked access without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Outcomes

The Growing Groomers training program is educational in nature. Company does not guarantee business results, employee performance outcomes, or any specific financial benefit. Participation in the program is voluntary and entirely at the discretion of the purchasing salon.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to this training program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Eureka, Missouri, under Missouri law. Participants waive the right to pursue class action or group claims.
