Includes six one-on-one coaching sessions, designed to support both onboarding and long-term implementation. Use these sessions to build systems, navigate challenges, and strengthen your leadership approach over time.

This program supports federally registered apprenticeship requirements but does not replace the need for hands-on guidance and skills evaluation within your own salon team.
No contract — you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time if your apprentice leaves or your situation changes.
